Automatically detect and remove red eye effects from flash photography. Our smart algorithm scans for reddish pixels characteristic of red eye and desaturates them to restore natural eye colors. Adjustable threshold and pupil size for precise control over the correction.
Our algorithm scans the image for reddish pixels that match the characteristic red eye pattern from camera flash. It then desaturates those pixels while preserving the natural luminosity, restoring a natural eye appearance.
You can adjust the red threshold slider to catch more subtle red eye effects. Lowering the threshold makes the detection more sensitive. You can also increase the pupil size setting for larger eyes.
The algorithm is designed to target circular reddish areas typical of red eye. However, if your photo has other small red objects, you may need to adjust the threshold to avoid false positives. The "Subtle" preset is safest for photos with red clothing or objects.
