mypictools.com provides free, browser-based image processing tools including compression, resizing, format conversion, background removal, filtering, and more. All processing occurs client-side in your web browser. We offer a free tier (up to 10 images per day) and a Premium tier (one-time $9 payment for lifetime access with unlimited batch processing).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Process images that contain illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
• Use automated tools to abuse the service at scale
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

4. Free Tier

The free tier allows processing of up to 10 images per day per session. Usage is tracked via an anonymous session cookie. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Premium Access

Premium access is available for a one-time payment of $9 USD, processed via Stripe. Premium features include:

• Batch processing of up to 500 images per session
• Priority processing speed
• Lifetime access — no recurring charges

Premium access is non-transferable and tied to your session. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all images you process using our service. mypictools.com does not claim any ownership or license over your images. Since all processing is done client-side, we never have access to your image content.

The mypictools.com website, design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of mypictools.com and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY IMAGE PROCESSING RESULTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MYPICTOOLS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PREMIUM ACCESS, IF ANY.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All image processing is performed client-side, and your images never leave your browser.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
